An inquest into the death of a popular Shropshire teenager who died after he was hit by a vehicle has been pushed back to the spring.
Dylan Price, from Bishop's Castle in South Shropshire, died on September 19, the day before what would have been his 18th birthday.
An inquest into the teen's death was due to take place on Tuesday, February 8, but it has now been postponed by Shropshire's coroner's office until March 10.
Dylan had apparently been hit by a vehicle as he was walking along the B4385 Brampton Road between Lydbury North and Bishop's Castle when he was discovered.
Police and paramedics were called at just after 5am, but Dylan was declared dead at the scene at 5.33am.
A police investigation into the incident is ongoing, and West Mercia Police and the victim's family have called for anyone with information to come forward.
