A TWICE-the-limit driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught in Herefordshire.
Benjamin Wyatt entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 32-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Nissan Navara on the A49 at Leominster while over the drink-drive limit on January 1.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly twice the limit of 35.
Wyatt, of Battlebridge Close, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £300. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
