- ROLLING MATCH REPORT
- With their first effort of the game Hereford were ahead with Tom Owen-Evans picking the ball up before rifling home inside the box.
- The Bulls looked dangerous going forward and defender Krystian Pearce found himself inside the opposing box but his shot was weak one and easily saved.
- However, the Bulls did look frail from set pieces and Scott Duxbury met a corner at the back post but sent his headed effort well over.
- Maziar Kouhyar was dangerous in the first half and picked out the run of Ryan McLean who fired across the goalkeeper and into the bottom corner.
- Boston did come back into the first half with substitute Jordan Preston heading over and then moments before half-time Scott Garner sent his header just over.
- Boston also started the second half brighter and pulled a goal back on 58 minutes with Danny Elliott scoring on the turn.
- Miles Storey was introduced in order to stem the Boston flow and had a golden opportunity himself on 73 minutes forcing a save from the legs of Marcus Dewhurst.
- Approaching the last 10 minutes Boston looked to put more pressure on the Bulls defence and Dimaio forced Hall into action from a tight angle.
- Moments later a throw-in was flicked on by Duxbury and rolled just wide of the post.
- Despite some scary moments for the home sides in the dying moments Hereford put their bodies on the line and blocked everything the visitors had.
