A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads for two years after he was caught out in Herefordshire.
Nigel Johnstone entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 40-year-old had been caught driving a Ford Fiesta while over the drink-drive limit in Ledbury's Hopkins Close on January 5.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Johnstone, of Gays Place, Swindon, was disqualified from driving for 24 months, received a two-year community order, and was fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
