A CAR owner has been fined hundreds of pounds after failing to identify the driver of their Peugeot to police.
James Donnell was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 50-year-old had failed to identify the driver of a Peugeot who was alleged to be guilty of an offence in Pencraig when required by police on August 2.
Donnell, of Lombard Street, Stourport-on-Severn, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
