TWO drivers have been rapped by magistrates for not being in proper control of their cars in Hereford.
Gregory Wright was found guilty by Hereford magistrates after entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 35-year-old had been caught driving a Vauxhall Vivaro van while in a position that meant he could not have proper control of the vehicle in Hereford's Belmont Road on February 12,
Wright, of Carnation Way, Aylesbury, was fined £287 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £350 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Kimberley Alexandra Grisman was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 28-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a BMW in Hereford's Edgar Street while in a position where she could not have proper control of the vehicle on July 2.
Grisman, of Lower Bazley, Peterchurch, was fined £220 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
