A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been handed a three-year ban after failing to provide a sample to police.
Tracy Barratt entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 46-year-old had failed to provide a sample to police when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle during the court of an investigation as to whether she had committed an offence on October 23.
Barratt, of Wall Hills Close, Kington, was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £160. She must also pay costs of £160 and a £34 victim surcharge.
