AN UNLICENSED and uninsured driver has been up before the magistrates after he was caught on the roads in Hereford.
Dean James Haymonds entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 32-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Honda Civic in Coleridge Crescent without a licence or insurance on July 10.
Haymonds, of Rothesay Mead, Hereford, was fined a total of £160 and received eight penalty points.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
