A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught in a busy Hereford road.
Yusein Sholyov entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 31-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vectra in Hereford's Belmont Road while over the drink-drive limit on January 29.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Shalyov, who gave a care-of address in Herefordshire's Allensmore, was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £300.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
