A BANNED man has been fined after turning up at Hereford's hospital without an appointment.
Kirill Cerneckij entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 24-year-old had turned up at and entered Hereford County Hospital when he was not in need of urgent medical attention and did not have a pre-arranged appointment, in breach of his community protection notice, on November 11 and December 12.
He had also used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause alarm, distress, or harassment to others in Hereford on January 23 and 25, further breaches of his community protection notice.
Cerneckij, who is of no fixed address, was fined a total of £200 and must pay costs of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
