A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads for more than three years after she was caught on a busy Herefordshire main road.
Elaine Gibbons entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 38-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Renault Megane while over the drink-drive limit on the A438 at Winforton on October 31.
An evidential breath test revealed she had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Gibbons, of Oak Road, Credenhill, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 40 months. She must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
