A BMW driver has been rapped for driving without due care and attention on a busy Herefordshire road.
Kieran Powis entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 36-year-old had been caught driving a BMW without due care and attention in Leominster's Barons Cross Road on July 25.
Powis, of Ridgemoor Road, Leominster, was fined £333 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
