A HEREFORDSHIRE BMW driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught behind the wheel while over the drug-drive limit.
Calli Liam Fisher entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Newport.
The court heard the 21-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a BMW 320D in Portal Road, Monmouthshire, while over the drug-drive limit on September 23.
An evidential blood test revealed he had 2.2 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Fisher, of Bakers Oak, Ross-on-Wye was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
He must also pay costs of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
