HEREFORD’S Shack Revolution will host circus workshops, free activities and more as it launches its first Wye Valley Makers market.
More than 30 independent makers of hand-made crafts, food and drink will be popping up at Shack Revolution in Bastion Mews, Hereford, to launch the plastic-free market this March.
On Saturday, March 19, shoppers can search for handmade, unique gifts from local independent businesses all without the burden of harming the planet from 11am to 3pm.

Hereford shoppers can choose from a huge range of sustainable, hand-made craft from talented makers while enjoying local food and drink from independent businesses.
Among the stalls will be makers of ceramics, textiles, homewares, jewellery, art and more.
Event organiser Jo Brierley said: “In recent years there’s been a massive upsurge in authentic, handmade craft and we are thrilled at the calibre of independent businesses taking part in Wye Valley Makers Market.
“This will be the first of many family friendly, pop up, curated craft events in the Wye Valley designed to showcase the creative talent of makers we have based here whilst creating a fun event to bring all ages of the community together.’’

There will be free have a go aerial hoop and circus skills by Wye Circus CIC, free craft activities for children ran by Wye Waste It Collective and the Nomadic Museum of Natural History by Herefordshire based environmental and wellbeing group Clan CIC.
Speciality roasters Kontext Coffee will be serving their finest coffee whilst Silver Circle Distillery will bring along their wide selection of locally produced drinks.
Origin Pizza will be serving wood fired pizza and Panski Pancakes will be serving crepes.
Entry to the market is free and there will be a raffle to win a £25 gift voucher for the independent Loft Cinema in Hereford with all proceeds going to the Ukraine Appeal for the charity British Ukrainian Aid.
