A BMW driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught behind the wheel while over the limit in Hereford.
Darren Wood entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 43-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a black BMW 3 Series while over the drink-drive limit in Hereford's Web Tree Avenue on February 11.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Wood, of Web Tree Avenue, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £40. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
