A TRANSIT van driver was caught with children sat on an unsecured seat.
Stephen Biddle was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 28-year-old had been caught driving a Ford Transit with two children under ten sat in an unsecured rear-facing double seat which was not secure and the use of which presented a danger of injury on the A465 at Bromyard on August 12.
Biddle, of Willow Bank, Whittington, Worcestershire, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
