A HEREFORDSHIRE man broke the terms of his restraining order by visiting a street he was banned from.
Shane Pickersgill entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had broken the terms of a restraining order imposed by magistrates in West Yorkshire in September by entering a street he was banned from visiting in Ross-on-Wye on February 6.

He also used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm, or distress towards a woman in Ross-on-Wye on the same date.
Pickersgill, of Brookend Street, Ross, was handed a 12-month community order and his restraining order extended by 12 months to expire in September 2023. He was also fined £50 and must pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
