A DRUNK and disorderly man has been up before the magistrates after an incident in a busy Hereford street.
Dean Kibble entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 24-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Hereford's Commercial Road on February 10.
Kibble, of Bromford Road, Birmingham, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge.
