A REPEAT offender Herefordshire Mercedes driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught speeding on a motorway.
Jonathon Spencer Nutt, 51, was proven guilty by magistrates in Preston.

The court heard Nutt had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Mercedes in a 50 miles per hour limit on the M6 motorway at Garstang on June 18.
Nutt, of Knights Court, Bishops Frome, was fined £660, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received six penalty points.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
