A HEREFORD man has been fined after admitting possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Aaron Preece entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 27-year-old had been caught in possession of cannabis, a class B controlled drug, with intent to supply it to another person in Hereford on January 21.
Preece, of Ross Road, Hereford, was fined £50 and must carry out 15 rehabilitation activity days.
The drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed and he must pay costs of £400 and a £95 victim surcharge.
