VISITING has been suspended at a Hereford County Hospital ward due to a 'small number' of Covid-19 cases.
The Frome Ward at the hospital is closed to visitors unless in exceptional circumstances.
An updated posted today (Wednesday) on the Hereford County Hospital website said: "Visiting is currently suspended due to a small number of cases of Covid-19, unless in exceptional circumstances. Please speak to the nurse in charge."

Last month the Wye Valley NHS Trust eased visiting arrangements further at its hospitals which means that inpatients can now have one daily visit from a family member or friend from the first day of their hospital stay.
This remains in place on other wards.
