A WOMAN has been handed points and a fine after she was caught using her phone while driving in Hereford.
Louise Parker entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 47-year-old had been caught using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a Land Rover Freelander in Hereford's Victoria Street on July 10.
Parker, of Hillside Close, Lydney, was fined £108 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
