A WOMAN has been banned from the roads for two years after failing to provide a sample to police in Hereford.
Mali May Chloe Symons was found guilty by magistrates in Kidderminster after entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 24-year-old had failed to provide a specimen of blood to police in Hereford during the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence on April 4.

Symons, of Stanway, Cheltenham, was handed a 10-week community order and curfew with electronic tag.
She was also disqualified from driving for two years and must pay costs of £500 and a £95 victim surcharge.
