AN ABUSIVE man has been up before the magistrates after swearing in a Herefordshire street.
James Wilson was proven guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court.
The court heard the 60-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Bromyard's New Road on February 1.

He had been shouting, swearing, and being abusive, with his behaviour causing harassment, alarm, and distress, which also put him in breach of his community protection notice.
Wilson, of Linton, Bromyard, was fined a total of £100 and ordered to pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
