A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been banned from the roads after failing to give a sample to police.
Wesley Dixon entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 41-year-old had failed to provide a specimen of blood to police in Herefordshire when suspected of having driven a vehicle and during the course of an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence.
Dixon, of The Dales, Lower Bullingham, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £200. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
