BOLT cutters have been confiscated from Hereford man after he attempted to steal a bike.
Rafal Styn entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 38-year-old had attempted to steal a bicycle belonging to another person in Hereford on February 5.

Styn, of Stanberrow Road, Hereford, was fined £120, ordered to pay compensation of £30 and must pay costs of £185 and a £34 victim surcharge.
A pair of bolt cutters were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
