A TEENAGE repeat offender learner driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught out on the motorway in Herefordshire.
Will Nkansah Prempeh, 19, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Prempeh had been caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa without a licence on the M50 at Ross-on-Wye on September 31.

He was also driving without insurance on the same date.
Prempeh, of New Mills Street, Walsall, was fined a total of £880, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received seven penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
