WEST Mercia Police has issued an update after a 200-metre cordon was put in place after a house fire in Leominster.
Officers said that the fire, in Portna Way, affected several homes along the residential road.
All occupants were accounted for, police said, and no injuries were reported as officers set up the 200-metre cordon.
In its update on Monday, West Mercia Police said the cause of the fire was accidental.
"Officers from the local safer neighbourhood team are carrying out visits in the area to ensure residents have the support they need," a spokesperson said when updating about the fire which was first reported at 1pm on Sunday (March 27).
Police officers and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue were at the scene.
A fire service spokesperson said crews were called at 1.05pm to a severe fire involving mid terraced dwelling, with all persons accounted for.
