MORE Herefordshire speeders have been rapped by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Matthew L Moffatt, 46, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bodmin.
The court heard Moffat had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Ford Transit van in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A38 at Wrangaton in Devon on May 12.
Moffatt, of Hanbury Green, Shobdon, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Allan Ian Williams, 49, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Cardiff.
The court heard Williams had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A4161 Newport Road on August 22.

Williams, of Ludlow Place, Hereford, was fined £150 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Shaun Watkins, 55, was proven guilty by magistrates in Newport.
The court heard Watkins had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Transporter in a 50 miles per hour limit on the A467 in Newport on August 22.
Watkins, of Hafod Road, Hereford, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
