A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been up before the magistrates after destroying a flower display at a Herefordshire pub.
Tracey Lannigan entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 52-year-old had deliberately destroyed a display of flowers worth £48 belonging to The Press Room in Leominster on September 18.
Lannigan, of Cheaton Close, Leominster, was handed a three-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay compensation of £48. She must also pay costs of £135 and a £22 victim surcharge.
