A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined after driving after his licence was revoked.
James Smith entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 42-year-old had driven a Peugeot in Hereford's Victoria Street on June 24 after having his licence revoked due to disability on March 4, 2021.
Smith, of Field Grove View, Hereford, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £50 and a £34 victim surcharge.
