Parking has been free at the Old Market in Hereford while a new system has been fitted
NEW parking charges are going to come into force at Hereford's Old Market from Friday.
A new parking charging system has been put in place at the development owned by British Land.
While the system was being installed parking charges were scrapped at the development.

However, they are set to be re-introduced tomorrow (Thursday) before new charges are introduced on Friday (April 1).
