A HEREFORDSHIRE van driver has been handed a hefty penalty after he was caught behind the wheel without a licence or insurance.
Andrew Stuchbery was proven guilty by magistrates in Boston.

The court heard the 29-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford Transit on the A52 at Ropsley, Grantham, on December 21 without a licence or insurance.
Stuchbery, of Bridge Street, Leominster, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
