IF the Three Counties were to be changed into anything I would suggest it would make a very good children’s centre offering accommodation to children and young adults.
The garden rooms would be ideal as a first step to independence, with the main building becoming apartments.
With the cooking and laundry facilities all in one place, there could be rooms for clinics and conferences etc.

The other suggestion I have is to turn it into a complex for
disabled/elderly people.
The garden rooms are suitable for disabled people and again the main building could be made into apartments with central cooking and laundry facilities.
Maybe there could be a facility for offering respite to families and carers to enable them to have a well earned break from time to time.
