UNINSURED Herefordshire drivers have been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds in fines after they were caught out on the roads.
Alan Peter Hawkins, 34, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Hawkins had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford Transit without insurance on the A49 at Grafton in Herefordshire on September 3.
Hawkins, of Rudhall View, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Thomas Holman, 26, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Holman had been caught driving a Ford Focus without insurance on the A44 at Bromyard on September 3.
Holman, of Frog Lane, Bromyard, was fined £520 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £52 victim surcharge.
Louise Ann Bates, 49, was proven guilty by magistrates in Newport.
The court heard Bates had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta without insurance on the A472 at Caerphilly on September 14.
Bates, of Broomfield Walk, Hereford, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
