A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught behind the wheel on the A49 in Herefordshire.
Peter Walker entered a guilty plea when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster after previously pleading not guilty.
The court heard the 43-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a black Audi A3 while over the drug drive limit on the A49 in Hereford on October 30.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 3.9 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Walker, of Lugg Way, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £400. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £40 victim surcharge.
