A HEREFORD attacker has been locked up after breaching the terms of a restraining order.
Marc Smith entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 33-year-old had directly contacted a person in Hereford who he was banned from contacting by a restraining order on March 4.
He had also assaulted that person by beating on the same date.

Magistrates said the offence was serious because of his flagrant disregard for court orders and as it was aggravated by his previous record of offending.
Smith, of Stanberrow Road, Hereford, was jailed for a total of 26 weeks and ordered to pay costs of £128.
