A DRUG-DRIVER failed to turn up to court after he was released on bail in Herefordshire, a court has heard.
Curtis Brant entered guilty pleas when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster
The court heard the 37-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a white Hyundai while over the drug-drive limit in Mallory Close in Hereford on May 21.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 800 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. The legal limit is 50.
He had also failed to surrender to Kidderminster Magistrates Court on March 14 having been released on bail
The case was adjourned, and Brant, of Macaulay Avenue, Hereford, will appear before magistrates in Kidderminster for sentencing on May 13.
