AN ABUSIVE banned man stole wine from a Hereford Tesco supermarket
Andrew Mills entered guilty pleas when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 38-year-old had stolen a bottle of Barefoot Pinot Grigio wine worth £6 from Tesco in Hereford on April 5.

He had also failed to comply with a community protection notice on the same date using abusive words and behaviour in the sight of street pastors, shop security staff, and members of the public, and by entering and remaining in Eign Gate and using foul and abusive language when spoken to by police in front of members of the public.
Mills, of Wheat Common Lane, Ludlow, was handed a 12-month community order and fined £100. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
