A FLY tipper dumped rubbish including furniture, wood, and black bags in Herefordshire, a court has heard.
David George Bradley was proven guilty of three charges in his absence by magistrates in Kidderminster after previously entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 32-year-old had dumped controlled waste including a mattress, garden storage unit, pieces of wood, a laundry basket, and other general waste collected from a property in Lydney at Clay Hill, Dormington, on August 24, 2020.

He also dumped rubbish including wood, broken furniture, clothes, black bags, bags of letters, and other general waste collected from a property in Lydney in Pixley on the same date.
He was also found to have handled controlled waste without taking reasonable measures on the same date.
Bradley, of Dymock Road, Ledbury, was handed a 12-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, and must pay a £95 victim surcharge.
