For all those heading out and about in Herefordshire this morning, here is an update on the roads to to aid you on your journey.
- Hereford City Centre: High Town, Commercial Street, Broad Street, King Street, St Owen Street, St Nicholas Street are all shut off to traffic due to the Mayfair. Valid until Midnight on Friday May 6.
- Roadworks continue on Roman Road in Hereford between the junctions with the A4110 and the A480. Traffic signals and contraflow are in place and delays are likely. In place until May 7.
- Roadworks continue on College Road in Hereford due to bridge repairs. between the Roman Road junction and Old School Lane. Delays likely.
- Delays are likely on the A438 at Staunton-on-Wye due to essential works by Welsh Water. Two-way temporary traffic lights in place until May 6.
- Lane closure in force on the A40 between Glewstone and Ross-on-Wye due to central reservation improvement works. In force until June 17.
- Hard shoulder and inside lane closures with 50mph speed limit between Junction 4 of the M50 at Ross-on-Wye and Junction 3 for Newent. Overnight closures also in force. Expected until May 19.
- Kingstone Lane in Bishops Frome closed to traffic due to essential works by Welsh Water. In force until May 7.
- Orchard Lane remains closed in Sutton St. Nicholas due to a building fire that left the structure at risk of collapse. Closure in place until May 14.
- Traffic control on Station Road in Credenhill due to broadband improvement works. In place until 3:30pm on May 6.
- Two-way traffic signals in place on Caswell Crescent in Leominster, due to gas works. In place until May 20.
