Police want help in identifying this man after an incident in Hereford on April 15
POLICE want help identifying a man seen on camera in Hereford after an incident in the city centre.
A police spokesperson said they want to speak to the person pictured as they may have important information about the incident, which happened in Hereford High Town at around 2.30am on April 15.
