STUDENTS from Hereford have been given the lowdown on the burger business.
Students and staff from the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) were invited to make their own burgers at Beefy Boys.
Co-founder Anthony Murphy, better known as Murf, welcomed the students and told them all about the Beefy Boys story.
He talked about the quality of the local ingredients used and the restaurant's new Braille and large-print menus.

He then went on to describe the tastes, textures and some of the noises and sensations that students might experience when it came to building and using the grill to make their own patties.
After hands were washed, students were provided with a tray of ingredients and began adding their favourite combination of condiments, cheeses, salad, and pickles to their individual brioche buns.
One by one they went up to the grill and with expert and safe guidance from Mr Murphy, and then smashed, seasoned, flipped and steamed their patties.
On behalf of the college, student Max Campion took to his feet and said: "I would like to say thank you so much for a brilliant event.
"This has been a brilliant experience. I feel as if I've learned some really good life skills and I just want to say thanks to the Beefy Boys for having us today."
Mr Murphy then handed over a giant cheque to the college.

Every quarter staff at the Hereford and Shrewsbury restaurants are donating 10 per cent of their service charge to a deserving charity.
The staff decided to donate to the blind college this quarter, January through to March, and raised £6,637.
The college is a charity and donations like this enable it to buy necessary new equipment, update out-of-date kit, refurbish areas of the campus, and purchase the latest resources for visual impairment.
Melanie Denning, fundraising manager, said: "The college is delighted to receive this very generous donation and we thank the staff of the Beefy Boys for choosing us as their charity for this quarter and for hosting our students today.
"Most importantly, we are thrilled that an independent Hereford restaurant has taken the lead over many national chains, in working towards making themselves inclusive and accessible for all."
