THE case against an alleged attacker sent for trial accused of causing actual bodily harm has been discontinued.
Danny Dyer entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.

The court heard the 34-year-old was accused of assaulting a woman, causing actual bodily harm, between February 9 and 11.
Dyer, who is of Park Road, Kington, was remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Hereford for his trial on May 23, but the case has since been discontinued.
