A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been up before the courts accused of assault and criminal damage.
Daniel Morris appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster accused of the two offences.
The 32-year-old admitted one count of criminal damage, accepting he had caused £100 worth of damage to a living room door in a Herefordshire home on May 7, but denied a count of assaulting a person by beating on the same date.
Morris, of West View, Almeley, will next appear before magistrates in Hereford on May 25.
