Here are the latest updates for everyone getting out and about in Herefordshire, of roadworks and closures happening that could affect your journey around the county.
- Advanced warning of an evening closure to the A438 Ledbury Road between Foley Street and Central Avenue in Hereford on Monday, May 23 between 6pm and midnight on Tuesday May 24. A local diversion will be in place, expect delays in the area.
- Whyle Lane in Pudleston, near Leominster, is closed for 3 days by Welsh Water for leak repair work, any diversion will be locally signposted.
- Widemarsh Street in Hereford is still closed southbound to traffic from the Garrick Multi-story car park to Blackfriars Street until 28 May. Significant delays expected during busy periods. Diversion will run via Blackfriars Street, Edgar Street and Blueschool Street.
- Two-way signals in place on the A438 Brecon Road just outside Hereford between Breinton and Byford.
- Two-way signals in place on the A438 Ledbury Road near to the junction with School Road in Tarrington.
- Traffic signals in place on Worcester Road in Leominster, until Friday, May 20.
- Delays likely in Weobley due to mutil-way traffic signals on the B4230 Kington Road.
- Ailey Lane in Kinnersley, between Leominster and Kington closed from today for four weeks for rural fibre installation works, resident access only.
- Pentre Jack Road in Eardisley, near Leominster, closed for 11 days from Old Pentre Jack to The Laurels.
- Two-way signals continue on Wilton Road in Ross-on-Wye, delays expected. In place until midnight on Saturday, June 1.
- Road closure on B4348 from Newton Middlewood To Cross Lodge, Dorstone, until Friday, between 9am and 3.30pm.
- Hopleys Green Road near Almeley is closed for the next two weeks. Resident only access. Diversion signs are in place.
- Emergency two-way lights in place on the A4110 from the A44 junction to the Arrow Bridge near Monkland due to deterioration of the carriageway. In place until midnight on Saturday, June 1.
