A CARAVAN has been dumped on the side of a Herefordshire main road.
Herefordshire Council is appealing for information about the stripped-out caravan that was left on the A438, near Eastnor, on May 16.
The council carried out 176 enforcement actions in 2020-21, including 31 fixed penalty notices.
Anyone found fly tipping will be prosecuted, with the maximum penalty being a £50,000 fine and/or five years imprisonment.
It can cause accidents on the roads and injuries to livestock, wildlife, and people, as well as being an environmental hazard.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the team via orlo.uk/tqNzk.
