A POPULAR takeaway in a Herefordshire town is reopening after a short period away due to a family illness.
Yoko's Thai Food, in West Street, Leominster has been shut since April 11, after a family member of owner Premrudee (aka Yoko) Bambury fell ill.
The takeaway is now ready for reopening and will do so today (May 31) from 4.30pm.
The takeaway has been in Leominster since October 2020, serving authentic thai cuisine for delivery and takeaway, bring a combination of thai fragrances, textures and flavours.

Mrs Bambury posted yesterday on the Yoko's Thai Food Facebook page thanking customers for their support.
She said: "It gives me great pleasure to announce that from tomorrow Yoko's Thai Food will be open again from 4.30pm.
"We will be open Tuesdays to Saturdays 4.30pm - 10pm and will be introducing new specials to the menu.
"I would like to thank everyone for their support over the last few weeks."
