PARKING in four Hereford streets will be temporarily banned next month.

The relay began on October 7, 2021, with the Queen placing her message to the commonwealth into the baton.
The baton is now on its 294-day journey to every corner of the Commonwealth.
On Tuesday, July 5, the baton will visit Hereford as it travels between Bristol and Gloucester.
There will be a second chance for people to see the Queen’s Baton Relay when it visits Malvern and Worcester on Friday, July 22.
Up to 130 people will carry the baton each day, with parking banned in some roads Hereford as it comes through the city.
Parking will be banned in Broad Street, King Street, Bridge Street and Castle Street for four hours on July 5, Herefordshire Council has said.
A public notice said the restrictions were needed due to baton relay and the need to ensure safety.
