TWO men have been ordered to pay thousands after fly-tipping rubbish in Herefordshire.
Narcis Sebastian Buruianan and Vasile Florin Stefarca entered guilty pleas when they appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard 39-year-old Buruianan and 21-year-old Stefarca had dumped controlled waste including a sofa, doors, radiators, wooden chairs, a bed frame, and other general rubbish in a gateway off Gatehouse Road in Rotherwas, Hereford, on October 17.

They had also failed to handle, control, or transfer controlled waste without taking reasonable measures, in breach of environment regulations.
Buruianan, of Victoria Street, Hereford, was fined £1,230, and must pay costs of £737 and a £123 victim surcharge.
Stefarca, also of Victoria Street, Hereford, was fined £986 and must pay costs of £737 and a £99 victim surcharge.
